I have a 2012 A4 P+ with the nav/scroll button on the console. Most of the time the Nav system works beautifully and the map displays my current location and scrolls in accordance with where I'm driving. On a few occasions, however, once I set my destination and route guidance I end up with a fixed map set to a location that has no relevance to either where I am or where I'm going. I know this happens when I have tried to manually scroll on the map, and can't figure out how to adjust things to get back to current location/map scrolling. Any thoughts?

I have an Audi 2013 A4 and there were a couple of times when I passed by Golden Gate Bridge (going to Marin) my MMI - Navigation system kinda goes offline. I reach San Rafael and navigation system / maps shows im still on the bridge.
