Just bought a new (Used) A4 and I'm just looking around in here to see if there are any topics I need to be familiar with. Love the car so far and have no problems, with the exception of the 'Service Due' message that wont go away. Is that some thing only the dealer or a service can do?

Also, any recommendations as maintenance to keep an eye on, specific issue that may come up,....etc.

Will graciously accept any all suggestions. This is my first import and I dont know much of what to expect.

What year? Is it an S-Line? Quattro?

 

Use full synthetic oil 0W-40 and change it every 6-8k max. Other suggestions require more info.
