I paid 39K flat (after TTL + fees) for 09 A4 2.0T Prem Plus w/nav in Dec. Was hesitant about letting go of the Corolla S which served me well these past 5 yrs but the Audi is amazing!...not to mention the deal was too good to pass up. No regrets.

2009 A4 Quattro Prestige sedan

Nav, adaptive cruse control, rear side airbags, wood.

paying 39k plus TTL (purchased off certified preowned dept. Originally the GM's car. Car has 9k miles on it)

Thoughts?

UPDATE - no Drive Select. i feel robbed but the car is awesome!

Invoice on this is about $38K (see Edmunds) but considering you have a couple other options I would say in the $40K range. But with 9K miles that drops it almost a years worth of value or about $3-5K. w/o a sport package on it I would be looking at about $37K max if I were you but that's up to you. The price isn't terrible but it's not "brand new" and the price they are asking is very close to that - so what if it has all those options, on a "used car" which is what that is, they aren't worth as much... For all you know it was abused and not broken in properly in the 1st 1000 miles which is very important and doubt the GM who can get a new one when ever he wants would baby it if you know what I mean....

Audi website lists this car with these options at $48,300 (more if its the 3.2). The real question is whether these options have any value to you or whether you would be happy without those options.

oliver, not sure why Audi is listing that car at 48k, I think you should look on Edmunds. The car I ordered is a 2.oT 6mt, Navigation, Prestige and S-line and the MSRP was only 45,775 and invoice is 42,582. 48,300 seems very high to me...just something to look into.

Audi website lists Prestige base price at $40K, Adadptive Cruise is $2100, Drive Select is $2995, Wood is $400, Rear airbags are $350, Nav is $2,500. Adds to $48,300. Edmunds actually priced higher with all these options ($49,525--not sure why). I agree this price is ridiculuously high. Martian421 was asking about buying a car that had all those options. Personally, I just bought a premium plus and am quite happy with how it is configured.

Just picked up my 2009 A4 2.0t Ice Silver with Premium Plus, Navigation, and Audi Care for $40k out the door. I think price before TFL is $36K.

Default 3k for the drive select option.....

I didnt realize you were figuring the drive select into the equation, very pricey option at 3,000.

Any recommendations for dealers in the Chicagoland area? I know there's plenty, just wondering if anyone here has had any experience.
