Two weeks ago I purchased a 2009 Audi A4 2.0T CVT Premium Package with
heated seats, BT, Ipod connector and exhaust tips, Brilliant black with black interior for 27,300 before TT&L. This was also before my Clunkers trade in of 4500. I couldn't get them to budge on the maintenance package though - I think it was a pretty good deal.
I love the car by the way - even at the base level its an excellent car...
Keeping the black clean is a bear though....

Hello. I am a first time Audi buyer.
I am currently getting quoted for a new Black 2009 A4 2.0T Quattro Prestige package at $36,497. Is this a good price? I asked the dealer to knock more off, but they will not budge. What do you guys think?

Does this A4 include any options other than the Prestige package? If not, then your quoted price is $2,000 under invoice according to Edmunds, which is a good deal. If there are other options, even better.
Just bought a 2009 Avant with Quartz Gray exterior - Premium Plus
I negotiated down to 34,100 including all weather mats
I am happy with the deal and it was fairly painless; now I am wondering about Audicare. Is it worth it? The sales manager gave me a line of BS (I think) stating that Audi requires regularly scheduled maintenance to be done at an Audi dealer for the warranty to be good. He layed out the total costs of these 4 trips at a total of $1900. This seems far fetched to me. Can anyone confirm what an oil change at the dealer costs? Any other insights are appreciated.

So I just placed an order for a 2010 A4, 6MT, Brilliant Black, Prestige (which includes Nav and B&O), S-line, Driver Assist, wheel locks, and exhaust tips. Price came out to $43,325 (1% over dealer cost, which means 1% over invoice). I will add Audicare and TTL due at delivery, of course. Now, the waiting...
