2011 A4 2.0T: random misfires on all cylinder, cold, warm, idle, load

Doing the carbon cleaning right now. Have seen worse.
If that does not fix it, what else can cause random (i.e. not cylinder specific like plugs, coils, injectors) misfires on this generation of the 2.0T engine?
