audi gurus,
ive been thinking about trading up from my 06 A4 3.2 to a 2012 2.0 turbo. are there any concerns i should be aware of that you guys know of ? recalls ? constant issues ? it would be a certified P/O.

That 3.2 is a great engine and body style. I tried to find one with an MT6 before buying my 2011. Oil consumption is the issue with the 2.0T but I believe it was generally resolved by 2011 models and I think for sure by 2012. Having a CPO will make a big difference even if you have the issue. The quality of VAG products has risen steadily over the past decade. I've had no problems with my 2011 other than it seems to use a quart every 3-4k miles which is not bad, although my A6 never used any oil between 7-9k changes. So much for progress.
