So I was in the dealership buying my new 05 A4 3.0 Special Edition and the real cool sales rep mentioned that the new line of S4s will be 3.2 V6 Twin Turbo!! straight from an Audi employee's mouth! w00t w00t I don't know if this is old news but its new to me!

I dunno, it was "confirmed from last November and people are still not sure whether it will be turbo or supercharger, much less displacement. All everyone is sure about now is that it'll be forced induction V6.

This has made my next a4 decision difficult. A 330hp ttV6 with lots of mod potential or a 240hp/369lb torque monster A4 S Line 3.0 TDI that can easily go over 32mpg. By the time both options get here the price of gas will be a big deciding factor.

I gotta be honest. The TDI is going to rip. Just looking at some of the chips for it that are already out in Europe makes me want one. Throw in a little more boost or a bigger turbo and that thing is going to be one serious monster.

Oh and it has great gas milage to save the bunnies.

 

I didn't know tuners are makers products for the TDI. If thats the case my decision just got easier.
