ok so i asked this in the off-topic section but no one has answered yet so i thought i would try it here. i have a .gif that i wana use as my avatar but its slightly too big. i tried using some image resizer but when i resized it it was all glitchy. can anyone do this for me cuz it appears im having a technology brain fart at the moment. here's the gif and thanx for any help

I could have took it but I wont, down size your image by 10%

 

ya i know the problem is i cant downsize it by 10% i tried it but it came out glitchy
