Default 1994 Audi 80 2.6E

hey you guys going, just curious if anyone know how to get the center front cabin light thing off from the roof so I can get access and change the bulb. It seems you can toggle it but I don't want to force it off cause knowing me I'll probably break it... Any help would be handy cheers.

It looks to me like the entire housing pops loose from the head liner. You should be able to pry is loose at the rear and the whole thing pivot out once it swings down a little. You might see what looks like a metal tab in the center of the rear edge of the housing. That is the retainer clip. If you press it toward the front of the housing, it should pop loose. I'd go with an LED replacement bulb. They're brighter, no heat, and they last forever (almost).
