Default Audi 80 -89 engine swap

My Audi has a 1.6 liter B3 engine. Would like to change it to something bigger.. How do the bigger engines fit in my car? Does anybody know what kind of engines fit my Audi? Do B4:s fit?

best one is the 2.0 16v engine code ACE 140hp standard if you can get one that is, it will drop straight in there just make sure you get the wiring loom and ECU

easy way is to use the 2.0 carburated or 1.8 carburated. The 1.6 is kinda underpowerd for audi 80/90.
the ECU and wires just too much work in my opinion, unless you have a dumb buddy that would do the electics.

I cant argue with that because I love the old carburettors, so much simpler to tinker with them but the wiring isn't that hard
