What's up everyone I'm Matt I'm 23 I've always been into turbo regals...i just bought a 93 a 90 cs Quattro and after only one good day driving i fell in love i now no no other car i want this as my daily the rest of my life...i got it for 775 with the heater core leaking in to the cabin floors still drying as we speak lmao, i bypassed it...twice, the first time i used a straight coupler and it cracked idk i think kinked the heater hose a little maybe that caused it to crack...anyway the second time around i used a v shaped coupler to prevent any kinks, how ever since then I've been having trouble there are no leaks yet it will run low on coolant after previously appearing to be full, the fans come on all wierd, n it will overflow out of the cap from time to time even if its tight, it will run great for 3 or four miles give or take then it will just die, the temp gauge seems to stay in normal spec too, after sitting for a little it will usually start right back up, any way thanks guys im really enjoying tthe forum and better late then never proud n hyped to be an Audi owner

It appears I bought a 93 a90 cs Quattro with a blown head gasket at 159k miles...kinda disappointing, in only a few days with this car I fell in love, and im going to have it repaired, it will cost 2000 give or take which im being allowed to pay off thank god...the way I see it I don't see much a difference in spending that money on a whole new car with its own new history of b.s. Or spending it to repair the motor on a car I already have n love n want forever, and having the piece of mind of knowing atleast the head gaskets and timing belt are good lol...anyway I think the cars worth saving and im going to, so I guess in a week or so I'll start my new life with my Audi

Hey. I reckon the admin will delete your last post. It's a forum and I get frustrated with it too. Most people probably don't want to post anything because they are just as new to his or don't know the answer definitively. This site is called audi forums and would be one of the first sites to show up on a Google search for a new owner. I spend my time at motorgeek and recommend it everyone since its extremely active as a forum, go there! Also, you are a new member and just badmouthed the entire community. Make good on it and comment on the other posts you find interesting. You are right though, we are a bunch of techno bumping pollock fans. We love our abstract expressionists lol! How bout posting up pictures of your car while its decommissioned.
