oil and Coolant Temparatures

I am a relatively new owner of a 1989 Audi 90Q I would like to know what an acceptable oil and coolant temp reading would be.

90C/90C is what you aming for, 100C water is max, 130C oil temp max, above any of them, I would be coutious.
