problem with quattro system

Default problem with quattro system

i put in a new heater core those of you that have done it know how much it sucks. well after i did that i rehooked everything up and now the swich where u can make the car 2 weel or all weel drive dont work the lights dont turn on or anything anyone know whats wrong

Model, year, make is audi
Quatro in audi is AWD, I think you mean the button to lock the rear end?

i am new to the audi scean but ya its a swich i am not sure what it does it has 1 and 2 and green lights. but i was working before and now its not. its an 87 audi 5000 cs quattro

If I remember corect, this are nobes to lock or unlock difs. You have central locking option and rear locking option for the diffs.
you probably forgot to connect it back, or it just disconected by it self, happened to me couple of times.

There are pleanty of conectors inside, you will have to track the nobes. Cant help much more that this. I dont have 5000, nor do I have AWD[]

i check them seem to be ok it was just a quick run through but seems to be ok

this switch works off of vacuum,check for vacuum supply to swtch with engine running... if no vacuum trace souce line back to engine to find problem. this hose goes through firewall beneath blower motor housing (you may disconnected during heater core removal)
