Car was rough idleing rpms surging and would not go pass 5mph. I cleaned out throttle body it made rpms and rough idle better, but gas pedal is completely unresponsive now, on a side note while I was at work someone cut off my cat and took 02 sensor with it while the car was down because of above problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
