i have a 98 audi a4 quattro 1.8t that all of a sudden cranks but doesn't run. Here is what i have done and come up with so far. I have no power to fuses 28 & 29 & 5v dc on fuse 34. I removed & test fuel pump relay and found it is good, at the relay port I test volt across point t and point 86 and I get 7v dc(when i put my leads to true grnd on the bottom of the relay board to point 86 i get 12v dc)i removed the fuel pump fuse & placed a jumper wire from point 30 to 87 to test power to the fuel pump fuse slot & i got 12v dc there but still no power to fuse 29 & 5v dc on fuse 34. Reinstall fuel pump fuse, heard the fuel pump running, tried to start the car, it would crank but not run. Any clue as to what i am missing. Do i have a bad ecu or crank sensor??
