But you have to pay for a license. I think he means "free" tuning. I know a guy that had a copy of apr and giac on his laptop.


There is a member on here that will tune your ecu for you. And I stumbled on a thread showing a software you can d/l that will allow you to tune your car

oh no. i never said free. i am looking for something that will tune the stock ecu if possible. i know there will be a cost.

just checked their web sidte for the eurodne maestro 7. it looks like what i am searching for. just not completely clear yet if it will allow me to change fuel, ignition, and timing maps.

only down side that i see so far is that it doesnt do newer audi's. let see if it does other makes as well.

Not to be a complete ***. But a search of the forums would of given you that answer. I thought you wanted to hack your ecu which can be done

Other companies like unitronics will allow for what you want and the ones that won't you can just use lemiwinks.

A proper search for anyone on any topic will neat great results.

its all good. apparently you didnt know what i was looking for anyways.

i did search. its no good if i dont know the names of the product or the proper key words for the search.

yes i know what that link does. it just leads to the google search site. not sure if you know that you can open a browers and type in "www.google.com"

it faster... lol

how about you tell me what brands are available.

You can do minor tweaks w/ unitronics. Maestro(eurodyne) I think tapp. Revo. Not sure about giac or apr. But you can tweak any via lemiwinks.
