Need Help Audi 80 b4 1992 2.0 choking

The firs problem was that sometimes when I release the throttle the car simply stalls.
Then it began to lose torque and choke when I pres on the gas, the more I pres the more it chokes. This problem comes and goes. One day it works great ant the next one it’s impossible to drive. I think there is something wrong with fuel injection but what exactly.
