I am thinking of purchasing an 01' s4 quattro. I test drove it and right when I got out of the parking lot I got on it and it hit 4000 RPMs and bogged down and back up and down almost like it was losing boost or something. After a couple minutes of warming up it ran like a dream. It seems to do this everytime. Anyone have any idea of what this could be. Crack in the coolers causing the turbos to not build enough boost?? computer problem?? dirty fuel filter?? Someone told me it was a feature that prevented the driver to get in and start spoolin at high R's right off the bat. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

 

Hey i know exactly what it is, this happened in my old car, ur getting restricted air flow so change ur filter o2 sensor and maybe intake and if that doesnt work sorry im all out
