Phone call won't end in MMI display..

Phone call won't end in MMI display..
My bluetooth was connected, and when i made a phone call, the call never went through, and I can't end it on the MMI. I can't use the MMI for anything else until the call is ended, its like it is frozen. I can't even listen to the radio. I've turned off the car, but it is still occuring.. I've reset everything to factory settings.Any ideas on how to fix this?
