where is the fuel filter in a A6 2.7 2000

where is the fuel filter in a A6 2.7 2000

im trying to locate the gas filter in my 2000 2.7 biturbo. can someone help

If you look under the chassis right infront of the passenger side rear wheel you will see a canister just a little smaller than a soda can. thats it.
