Where is a place in Austin Texas that wont try and rape me on price and wont try to give me what I dont need!!!!!! If you live in Austin, DO NOT GO TO NEWMANS AUTOMOTIVE. They told me my 2.8 engine block was cracked, when all they did was drain all the oil, and all the coolant. Then they started it, and said "see thats what a blown engine sounds like, it'll be about 6k to fix"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want some that cares about their customers, and takes pride in what they do. Where are you decent garage???????

P.S. 2.8 quattro engine blocks are litteraly bullet proof .............. ******* scam artist

 

Try the Roger Beasley Audi dealership. Any of the repairs I've needed on my two Audi's (all minor) were covered under the warranty, so I can't comment on price. They've always fixed what was wrong without trying to sell me anything I don't need.

A disclaimer, my Service Advisor knows me by name and also knows I'm fairly knowledgeable about cars, and Audis in particular. It's possible (but I think unlikely) that they just know better than to BS me but don't hold back for others.

I just bought my 2004 A4 Cab from them. And I will say this my BEST experience of car purchasing ever!!!
Before this car, I had 2001 Honda Accord, 2000 Acura TL, 2004 Passat Jetta and 2004 Passat Wagon.
The whole customer service from the sales to service at Roger Beasley Audi make me feel they DO really take care of me. And this is how I should feel like. I'm glad there is at least one dealership I will not afraid to go in Austin.
