Hey Everyone,
Please BEWARE of the AUDI Parts Dept in Downtown LA.

The people working at the Parts counter are completely useless.
1. Went in and ordered a new key fob for an 05 A8. I handed the guy my key and tried he to take it apart. He then said that my key was not OEM due to the fact that it did not come apart like some Audi keys for different models. My reaction, you have a computer, just look up the part? He finally looked up the part and realized that it I did have the OEM key fob. I was told it would take 2 Days to get a new key fob. I placed the order and paid for the part.
2. Well its been about 2 weeks and still no key. I called them out and asked if they had it. I was told that they don't know where it was, who signed for it, and could not locate the tracking info for the package , unbelievable!
At this point I became very frustrated and asked to speak to the manager
"Oh the manager is not here, he just left!". I will try and get a refund from these unprofessional bozos and take my business elsewhere.
Its a shame due to the fact that their service dept is very courteous and professional.
