so i take my car back a few hours later

and they didnt apologize

Yep, they overcharge and their service is pretty bad, but the new dealership is stunningly beautiful.

agree the service their is horrible, I happen to have a data logger that records peak values on everything in the car.. I reset this before an oil change their, and they were nice enough to take the car up to 60mph and redline the engine somehow while just changing the Oil..

If you need to go to a shop check out Futrell in Bellevue, they have awesome customer service!!

I've had nothing but great luck with everybody at Barrier so far... The sales staff was excellent to work with, I bought a Certified 2003 A6 and they are more then willing to fix the few minor issues I have with the car. I love the free car washed for life, I think thats pretty awesome.

Well sadly my opinion has changed...

At 81k miles I took my car in for a problem with low oil pressure, they said some check valves had to be replace... No problem getting the work done, on a TSB...

However at 100k miles the same problem started to happen again, and they took the car in to check it out and said that the second step in the TSB is to replace a $1000 oil pump but that wouldn't be covered under the certified warrenty because its expired.

I kinda thought that it should be covered because the problem started before the warrenty was up.

I called Customer Service and they said Barrier will not help me out because I don't get my car serviced there... What a F**king joke!!!

The only business they will get from me here on out is my free car washes!!! Thanks for the $19000 car washes...

I have had real good luck with Pacific Rim Automotive so far... Keeping my fingers crossed on this POS... Now its looking like I need a Torque Converter and an Oil Pump, the car isn't even worth that much.

Good lord, why is it that the Audi customer service in the Seattle area sucks bunk? I don't think (as much as I absolutely LOVE audi's) that I will buy another.....how depressing.

I just wanted to say thank you to Lisa Hess and the Service staff for getting my car in to have the oil pump replaced under the expired certified warranty.

It really meant a lot to me...

Now I gotta work on getting the Torque Converter replaced. Sad a torque converter should never go out at 100k miles.
