just wanted to add that i helped a friend get a lease on a 2009 A4 2.0T Premium. dealership salesman was jeffery ruby (really tall guy), but very helpful and soft spoken... not pushy on the sale. i had a great experience there getting the lease!

lease was $3500 down, $450/m with 10k miles/year.... good, bad?

 

i've been looking at the A3 and i know one of the 'deals' i've been weighing the purchase of an A3 against was the lease of an A4...

currently (in the Tri-state area) the deal is $379 a month.. $3999 down for 36 mos (10 miles a year)...

so i dunno.. but the deal sounds a little off to me....
