Had my oil changed at the dealer because they are actually the cheapest by about $15. Took about an hour because they also did the timing belt inspection.
my service adviser was Doug. I can't say they did anything above and beyond.

 

I believe we are heading to that dealer this weekend, they have several used 08's A6 with low miles. I will post my experience after.
