Boardwalk Audi - Plano TX
Boardwalk Audi is very professional, I spent a lot of time with Eric test driving and looking at several A3's. He is about great customer service, great business practices, and he is not too pushy and ginuinely friendly. He called me several times to let me know about A3's that fit my requirements and didn't try to sway my decision to something that I didn't want. I did find the pricing high (probably due to the demand in the area). We discussed two preowned and one new 2006 A3's, I really need the cold weather pkg so I had to order mine in San Antonio (where I live, I just visit Plano every few weeks). For $500 more than Boardwalk was asking, I was able to order a 2007 A3 with cold weather, open sky system, and maintenance which was not offered on the 2006's (maint. was) that I looked at. I recommend you contact Eric if you are in the Dallas area, you will have a great experience.

I leased my Audi from them last month. The sales persons are very friendly and not pushy. I am satisfied with the service and price. I think that's mainly because Audi is a luxury brand, the car is the deciding factor in a purchase not the sales person.

Sorry, I was talking about their sales department only. The way I was treat is great. The car has no problem. No service has been done so far.
I am also curious about what problems TTAM had with their service department.
