I'm off to a very nice start with them. Sales experience was very low key and fast. I felt I got good value. I was upfront stating I don't like to haggle and mentioned the extras I wanted.I have a son who purchased a used Audi a few months ago and he had the same experience. I hope to have the same experience with service as I'm taking it in next week for rattle that appeared. dr

 

I found that they had a good sales technique but were only offering a little off of MSRP...my insurance company who does negotiations (USAA) said they were high compared to what their negotiations dept was used to getting for customers.
