When I first obtained my car, I got the "Right Dipped Headlight" error on my screen... Took it to Bob King Volkswagen the next day. So I wasn't aware of this, but supposedly, Halogen Headlights have Ballast Motors... Yeah, ok. They quoted me $650 to fix my headlight. Can you guess my answer to that question? NO.

Every time anyone I know has gone in there, they get jerked around, and scammed.

By the way, I took the car to GSM (German Speed Merchants) of Wilmington, NC... It was fixed in a day, coming out to $136. They had to replace the bulb because some moron who owned the car before me tried to fit a Toyota bulb in there, and broke everything on the inside, they had to expoxy the internals back together, rewire the short, they replaced my foglight bulb (It blew out because someone backed into my front bumper on the right side and cracked the housing, next time it rained, bulb went bye bye), expoxied up the housing, and I haven't had a problem since.
