Hey Guys,
I was wondering if anyone in the Wilmington area, or abouts there, has ever had anything done at GSM (German Speed Merchants)? They seem to be a pretty nice place and build some pretty nice euro cars. Has anyone got any upgrades or just normal service done there? I currentley have an oil leak and some clicking in the front of the S that I am going to get looked at tommorrow.

 

No way! I just got back from Wilmington. My father lives there. By Wrightsville beach. Rosewood and Plantation Landing Housing. I haven't heard of this place though. Where exactly are they because I looked the entire week I was there because I may be moving down next spring.

 

My sister lives in Wilmington, but I haven't ever been out there (from Raleigh) for maintenance. Let us know how it goes though.

It is right off of market street. You know where the nissan dealership is right? well just keep going past that (so that nissan is on the right) and its about 5-10 mins down the road on the right. They have a nice place. They built a bmw 330 for the fast and the furious. They seem legit. They have a lot of project cars. I am dropping the S off tommorrow so I will let yall know.

No, I actually took it to a different little shop called Gell Motors bc they could get me in sooner. And since the oil was leaking on the timing belt and weakening it, I didnt want to drive it any more than I need. Gell Motors is all service, still in Wilmington though. Once I get the car back, I am going to go over to GSM and ask them about an APR chip and suspension. I used to have the GIAC and I liked it, but I like the thought of being able to change modes without a Vag com.
