When I heard my RS4 wasn't going to arrive until August, I reacted firmly. He then contacted the regional director, put a hold on his own RS4 that he ordered AND did some "pipeline trading" with another dealer in the U.S. so I could not only get the color I wanted but have it by June 1st! Best salesmen I have ever known-period!
