I am always worried about how dealership treats the car when in service. My last 2 cars lasted me 12 years+ because it never saw a dealership during its lifetime.
Yesterdays' experienced changed all that perception.
I brought my car in for its 100K timing belt replacement as a recommendation from one of the forum member (clconversion). To me a trustworthy service shop is more of a priority than price. You get what you pay for and really price was not an issue if the job was price right and done right.
Frank the mechanic at Owasco was a knowledgeable guy with a 15+ years experienced working there. That alone shows that the guy loves his work to be there for that long. Anyway, I am pleased with the workmanship and I want to thank clconversion for the recommendation. Please go to Owasco and get your Audi service, you will not regret it! Highly recommended. They have been in the business for a long time. Now I know why!

Glad to hear your experience was good. Don't forget to show him loyalty and use him for other work, too. Hopefully you won't ever need him for serious work, but if you do, with a solid relationship, you'll get VIP treatment.
