Didn't buy my car there so have no idea what sales is like. However, my car is out of warranty. Was when I bought it. Went there for some coolant as my car was extremely low, filled it up real quick no problems. Then a few weeks later had a headlight burn out. Freezing cold, don't feel like doing it, PITA anyway, take it there (already had bulbs) they popped them in immediately. Asked them all sorts of questions, nothing but pleasant responses. Then I ask them about a VAG code I have been getting. They estimate about a $1000 repair. But then go on to say that they will "goodwill" it for me...at no cost to me...I guess they will do this for about 12/12000 out of warranty. One repair...figure most dealerships would never tell me this...So far friendly people, extremely helpful service....very glad I have them...as they are only VW/Audi dealer within about 60 miles...

My wife and I just bought a car from there and I recommend them to everyone. Their sales department is very friendly and knowledgable. Ask for Bill Ommen...nothing but praise. He was friendly but most important no pressure to buy. I called him more than he called me, lol. It's good to know their service department is just as professional as their sales staff.
