Best technique to match old paint with new?
Hey guys,
I recently bought a Rieger RS4 bumper and i am getting it painted while it is off of the car by an auto collision / paint shop. My car is a Black 98 A4 so im sure it has been faded by the sun from its origional color. What is the best way to make the origional paint on the rest of the car match the new paint on the new bumper? Im sure a nice wax will help but im looking for something a little more solid. Thanks alot guys, im so afraid the blacks are going to look so different its gonna look horrible. Anything can help. Thanks again.

A painted plastic bumper will always differ in colour / gloss from a metal painted surface. If its the same base material you can 'blend' paint to match, but you have two very different materials, sorry I can't help you with a detailing product that will help...
