if its through the laquer its game over,you'll need more than a touch up pen and a buff

my 2 cents:go to a "detailing forum" and look up (touch up paint wet sand)..... Not easy but way cheaper than 300 bucks.....

Talk to you insurance company. Most insurance has a 0 deductable for vandalism.

Approach her matter-of-factly and tell her that she can either accompany you to the bodyshop and pay them to repair the car, or you'll file a police report and have her arrested, charged, convicted, and still forced to pay for the repair. Be straight about it, tell her openly with another person there so that you can't be accused of intimidating or threatening her, and then follow through on whatever the outcome is.

I agree with the devil on this one. but i would also beat the pants off someone close to her. im just sayin

Agreed and carry a small tape recorder to record the conversation. In the US it's admissible in court.... Shitty that Canada won't allow this.

Say something like. "When you keyed my car were you not thinking??? Or were you just pissed off at me?"

If she's as stupid as I think she is, her response will most likely make her admit that she did it and bingo bango, you have her!!!!! **** her over just as mercilessly!
