I'd like to wash my car but every time I get a chance to it's night time. I also need to wax my car. Are there any negatives of washing and waxing your car at night such as it's too cold, there's too much moisture, wax needs some sun to dry, etc.?

 

Wax NOT sun-drying is better. The biggest problem with washing and waxing at night is POOR VISIBILITY!!! The propensity to miss entire swaths of dirty car because it "looked clean to me" is prolly the major reason why cars are generally washed during the daylight hours, more often than not.
