Paint chipping at edges

Default Paint chipping at edges
I've got some paint chipping slightly at the edges of a panel that curves inward. What would you say I could do to stop this from getting bigger?

Correction, it is not paint that is chipping, but clear coat. Anything I can use to stop this from spreading?
