-Microfiber towel
-Armor All spray (interior)
-Normal towels
-Black Magic
-Windex
-Detailer's Choice wipes
-Office duster in a can for all of the places rag can't reach

Turtle Wax rubbing compound is another great item I use
If you are not familiar with it, It is a puddy/mud compound you just wipe on a scratch or any defect on your paint that isn't finger nail deep (run you finger nail over defect and if it catches it needs a spot repair.) You just wipe on with any rag rub it around and wipe it clean and the scratch,blemish,smear,traded paint, etc. disappears.

Sure is more convenient then using a unnecessary overpowered, risky method.
Like buffing or touch up paint, or wet sand.
