Rust on bottom of my doors... HELP!

I'm actually going to check out a body shop near my place this week to get a an estimation. I don't like the idea of simply painting over it to slow down the process. I'd much rather pay $400-$500 to have them sand it all off, treat it, prime it, and paint it.

I'm in Montreal, and snows like crazy here! The city also tends to salt the roads with an 'overkill' mentality.

I'm already certain if I don't do this now, I'll most likely regret it when Spring comes around next year.
