I have an 2001 A6 2.7T and it has an issue with the headlights. The headlights do not rise up when the car is turned on, the headlights are always pointed down. What could cause this issue? And how much could it cost? I do have a warranty, but I am curious.

I also have an issue with the LCD screen giving me VERY incorrect miles per gallon readings. It goes from 14.5mpg to 100mpg...What could cause this and how much could this run me?
