I love the sound of my bose speakers,amp and woofer but im not really feeling the head unit itself it has a 6 disc changer but also a tape deck. I have to use the casset adapter for my ipod,ready for a major upgrade, i want something more modern with dvd and touch screen. My question is this-if i change the head unit with something other then bose, will i lose the sound quility of the bose speakers.
