Default 2005 A6 rear power sources?

I'm fitting an aftermarket DAB radio which requires a 12V source. The obvious place to mount this in my case is in one of the rear wheel wells, as these both have power sources and allow me to fix the DAB antenna to the rear quarter-light. The rear left contains the Bose Amp and navigation DVD, the rear right contains a fuse box with lots of spare slots.

So, the right seems to be the easiest choice except that all the empty fuses appear to be constantly powered (as is the rear cigarette lighter). Does anyone know if this is right? Can I connect to constant 12V supply anyway? The DAB dealer says the DAB unit powers down after 4 hours of inactivity, although I'm loath to test this!

All help appreciated.
