Does anyone know aobut the specifics behind the audi Nav system (i.e. Is it uController controlled or is there a Mips/ARM box behind the scenes?). Im trying to see if there is a way to play DVDs through the DVD Rom provided.

Also am curious as to if anyone has tried to use a > 256MB SD card. The doc says it supports up to 256MB but before i go out and buy one i wanna know if i can use a 1Gb or at least 512MB

FYI - I use a 1GB SD card in my RNS-E. I will support up to a 4GB (x2)...but it is limited by the # of files (490/card).

I'm using a 4G SD card as well that I got from www.newegg.com which had many different sizes. It does take like 10secs to load up due to maybe the indexing of all the files. Works great.
