Question 2006 A6 MMI update question
I have a 2006 A6. I don't believe the MMI has ever been updated. Is it of any benefit to me to update it? Will I gain any functionality, options or a better visual screen layout. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks!

The answer to your questions are all dependent on which software version you are currently running. If you currently have software version 33.6 or higher the benefits of upgrading are minimal. Below 33.6 you will see big improvements.

Thanks Kevin, here is what I see.:
SW: C6-HU 6360 11.9.0 0513

Is this dated? If so what type of benefits would I expect to see for upgrading. Thanks for your help!

You have software version 11.9. You will see significant Bluetooth improvements by upgrading to 33.6

Kevin: my sirius is on and off at random, would a software upgrade fix that?
And how can I find out the software number?
