A6 1st gear lag

Can someone help me figure this out. I have a 2006 A6. I had the transmission computer replaced and reprogrammed. Since replacing it. It seems to have a lag in first gear only. Like it is starting in second gear but then it is fine. I feel that it is a programming issue as I have had the battery reset a couple times and it will shift fine until the computer modules are all reset. Then it goes into this "limp mode" 1st gear is non existant. In manual mode it says it's in first but there is still a lag. Again after it gets up to 2nd gear speeds it works find and is quick and torquey.

Is there anyone out there that can program or run diagnostics remotely. I know that the dealership will be expensive and I do not want to go that route right now.
