what speakers do u intend on running? the stock amp probably wont sufficently power your speakers. But the best place to install the loc is on the speaker wire for the subs. Then run your rca's into the truck and u have a very easy install. Ohh and make sure your ground wire is as short as possible coming off the amp. Tha will allow the amp to not strain as much.

thanks man and is there anyplace I could find a wiring diagraghm for it because those stock subs have like 20 wires going to that amp. The subs I'm putting in are 2 12" hyphonics hf's with a 1000 watt amp. Nothing to crazy haha thanks again for your help!

your using a loc right. U cant just tie that into the speaker wire? I mean literally undo the back deck covering your stock sub. There should be a connection going into it my car has purple and grey wire and a black one or something like that. Just tap right into there and unplug ur stock sub. ONce u get all that air flowing in the trunk it will make the stock sub flutter and it gets annoying.
