**USED SEARCH FIRST - COULDNT FIND ANSWER**

ok, im new to Audi and how its put together, so please bear with me. i have a 2003 A6 with the Audi Symphony stereo in the car and i have no idea if that means that it is Bose or not. Also, i have no clue if the system is amplified or not. i have looked under the seats and behind the panels in the trunk and havent noticed anything that resembles an amp. can someone help me with theis system?

My ulitmate goal is to put in my Infinity Kappa 6.5" on the front and rear doors and amplifiy them with an Eclipse amp and install my JL 12" sub and amplify that with another Eclipse amp. All of this hoping to keep the stock head unit. can one of you pros out there let me know if its possible and if so, how to go about this without tearing up my car unnecessarily. thanks!
