Amp for 2x 12inch subs

I have 2 12 inch subs one kenwood and one alpine type r i am interested in installing them and i dont know what kinda of amp to buy. im pretty newb to all stereo equipment. any advice would be useful.

hey you can pretty much get any amp that has enough power to power teh two subs i have a kenwood amp that powers a kenwood sups which is 400 RMS and 800 watts total.
