Looking at a 2019 A7 - lovely car, low mileage, good price ....but.....someone specced this car with the top end B&O sound system which deletes the spare tire option!

1. I simply will not travel without a spare and 2. Although I have a very high quality home audio system, I rarely use a car radio and am indifferent to the quality

Is there any reasonable way to convert/remove the under load floor encumbrance and fit the normal temporary spare?
