I just bought an '08 A4 6 sp manual. I know I can't stop the noise that tells me to put on the seat belt, but can I stop the annoying noise when I open the door with the engine on or the key in the ignition?

 

actually i think you can. But you will need a vagcom. See if the dealer can just do it for you.

its a tool used to diagonoise our cars. It also had the capilibity to change small things like windows down with the key fog lights on without headlights. turn off chimes and all that good stuff. there is a small plug near the hood handle that you plug it into. U can either purchase one on your own or audi has one at the dearlership orr u can f ind someone near you that can let u borrow it.
