I'm going to replace the battery on my remote key because it died, but the alarm is still active. How do I turn off the alarm without the remote? It keeps going off, even after I start the car.

I read how to reprogram the remote, but how do I disarm the alarm first?

do you only have the remote with no key? mine doesnt lock anymore with the buttons from my remote but i can lock and unlock arm/disarm the alarm by just using my key. if you want to work on the car i say F*** it and just unplug the battery
